Joint Production System: training concept successful

During last year ThyssenKrupp trainers started a very important project on very actual and important issue: Operational Excellence.

Like every successful production system, also Thyssenkrupp production system lives on the people who live and breathe the idea of operational excellence. In this regard training and communication are extremely important - especially on the shop floor where the production system belongs first and foremost.

That’s why they started the R1 and R2 trainings this year carried out by the BA drive team. In those workshops the trained master-trainers had to take over training responsibility within their own Business Unit. Given the size of our Business Area, this task was quite a challenge.

 

 

However, the outcome is already impressive: Until now their team of 221 master-trainers coached over 11,700 colleagues. There is little more to says than: Great job, keep going!
