ThyssenKrupp Drive Program won the "we perform award 2015"

At this year's ThyssenKrupp leadership conference Drive Program was honoured with the ThyssenKrupp “we perform award 2015”.

This price is the result of an outstanding team effort and makes clear that Drive is one of the most successful improvement and performance projects at ThyssenKrupp.

The significant contribution of all eight Business Units and of their seventy production sites was emphasized at the award-giving ceremony. Together they achieved cost savings of about 120 million euro until the end of fiscal year 14/15.

 

 

Friendly competition together with the acknowledgement of achievements is a crucial part of their OPX culture. This is helping them to improve their performance and will support their group-wide OPX approach constantly. The winning of the  “we perform award” gives them an extra boost to meet future targets and is perfectly in line with the motto of their next OPX group meeting: We accelerate performance!
